Volunteering

There are several opportunities to volunteer in the Purple Room.  Some of the volunteer positions are listed below:

​

• Room Parents (2) - Organizing classroom parties or events

• Classroom Help

• Sight Word Parent- Test students on sight word knowledge 

• Art Docents - Lead a monthly art lesson through our school provided curriculum

• Garden Docent - Lead a monthly garden lesson through our school provided curriculum (Monday)

• Friday Folder Parent - Weekly assembly of folders with school notes, homework and classroom work

• At Home Support - Preparation of materials

• Special Projects - Any special talents, hobbies or jobs are always welcomed

• Other: Copies in the office at anytime.
