Field Trips

We have many field trips scheduled throughout the school year. Some are on-site which requires no transportation while there are some that are at different locations requiring parent volunteers to drive to and from. Without the parent volunteers, we would not be able to have so many field trips for the children.

There is a fee for most field trips that we ask be paid in full at the beginning of the school year. We prefer

that you pay this through our class Venmo account, at "Codi Wibbenhorst" it has the school logo, a Mustang

as the picture. You can also write a check to "Jill Wallace", if you prefer. If you are in need of assistance with

the field trip fee a scholarship application is available in the office. Fee for 2023/24 is: $90.00

In order to make the field trips successful and safe we have strict guidelines we have to follow:

Car seats for every child under 8 years old
Signed permission slips and specified payment
Copies of drivers license and current insurance to be kept on file in the office (DRIVERS ONLY)

Safety is very important especially when we are off-site. In order to ensure everyone’s safety siblings are not invited on field trips . Drivers are usually asked to supervise children other than their own and we want to make sure there are as little distractions as possible.
