Well step inside the Tent of Civic Mysteries, where wise carnival characters along with the Founding Fathers illuminate the reasons behind such peculiarities as the electoral college, state representation in Congress, the Three-Fifths Clause, the Founding Fathers' avoidance of direct democracy, the Constitution as a living document, and many more.
