Volunteering

We always have something we could use help with. By this age, the students are quite independent in the classroom. Setting up materials, correcting work, driving on field trips, and special projects are the types of help we are almost always looking for. We also need some help with Read Naturally, copying, Math Facts, and some one-on-one time with students to reinforce skills.

Wish List

We are very forward thinking class this year and want to provide all kids the accessibility to learn and move at their comfort level. We are wanting to add more noise cancelling headphone, some wobble cushions, wobble seats, and stability balls as chairs. We'd also like to have some standing desks as some kids do better when standing.

In addition to our "seating" options, we have some literature stories to tie in to our character education program that we could use help with getting, as well as some  materials for practical life jobs we'd like to incorporate.

Remember, that for every $10 you spend on a wish list item, it can be counted as a volunteer hours. Buy it directly off our Amazon Wish List and it will ship directly to the school for Coral Room.

Other items we'd love to have:

More stump seating outside
